Introducing The Art of Moxie

What does moxie mean to me?

According to Merriam-Webster, moxie is defined as:

According to Vocabulary.com, moxie describes someone with a fighting spirit, fortitude and determination.

In 1876, a soft drink called Moxie was introduced, claiming it would “build up your nerve” and encouraging you to "live your life with Moxie."

Moxie is such a strong word, and I love everything it represents. I have spent the past 20 years working with entrepreneurial and growth companies and the visionaries who have led them. I am grateful for the amazing opportunity I have been given to work with and learn from hundreds of other entrepreneurs, executives and leaders throughout my career. I am also grateful for the opportunity I had to grow as a business owner, leader and communications professional over the past 13 years at the helm of my previous agency, Crossroads PR & Marketing.

That is a lot of moxie!

When I decided to close my last agency earlier this year and start something new, I wanted to do something I was passionate about. I wanted to create a company that represented how I want to live my life and what I want to help my clients achieve.  So, The Art of Moxie was born!

Channeling your moxie, much like creating great communication programs and content, is truly an art.  My clients obviously have moxie, but they don’t always know how to leverage it to achieve the success they strive for.

My goal is to not only help my clients channel their moxie, but also empower them to find their voice and tell their story. And, I am channeling my own moxie to make that happen!

What does moxie mean to you? How do you channel yours? And how can I help?
